Wilmington’s advice joins the EENR committee of NLC – Wect

Wilmington, NC (WEC) – a member of the Wilmington Municipal Council was re -appointed to the National League of Cities (NLC) 2025. The Federal Committee on Advocacy in Nature and Nature (EENR).

The Saleta Andrew Council Council has been appointed for a one -year term in the EENR Committee for the second time.

In the Commission, Andrews will give guidance and guidance on the federal program for the intercession of NLC and the priorities of the policy.

“As our city faces challenges such as floods, coastal protection and responsible development, this role allows me to advocate for policies and resources that directly influence our community. I am committed to continuing to find innovative solutions and best practices that will help Wilmington develop sustainably, while maintaining our natural environment for future generations, “says Andrews.
