Mountains. Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
include slick roads across the area due to recent wintry
precipitation that could impact the Friday morning commute.
