Miami -A judgmental criminal who owns Rich Dolla and promotions has appeared in the Miami-Dadd District Court on Thursday, charged with trafficking in human beings.

Filbrin “dolla” Bell stood before a judge of the county circle Ariel Rodriguez, who filed a request to prosecutors for his detention.

Rodriguez ordered the 36 -year -old Bell to remain at least 500 feet of the victims identified by their initials, and there is no “direct or indirect contact” with them.

“I don’t know who this is,” Bell told Rodriguez in court.

According to an arrest report, MPs defined Bell’s occupation as a “pimp” and arrested him at about 2 pm, on Wednesday southwest 117 Avenue and 162 Street in Miami-Dad.

The reported deputies from the intersection are steps away from the Woodspring Suites Miami Southwest, a 3-star long-staying hotel, where the victims told detectives Bell, a 36-year-old, sexually operated them, show records.

District Chain Judge Lodi Jean has issued two arrest orders on March 4 for Bell and his co -employee Liliannet, Lily Betancourt, after detectives cited an investigation from April 2023 to February 10, which included descriptions of Bell’s alleged cruelty for 5 and teenager.

The records show that the corrective MPs in Miami-Dad have booked Bell at 7:40 pm at the Turner Guilford Knight correction center.

The 32 -year -old Hyallea Betancurt was already behind bars. The deputies arrested her on Tuesday at the Braord County Chief Prison at Fort Lodherdale and she appeared in court on Wednesday, records show.

The MPs report on BEL’s arrest lists his telephone number with a Broward area code and his main residence as a four -bedroom house in South Miami Heights, owned by a man and a woman who does not share his surname.

The Miami-Dad MPs were familiar with Bell. When he was 24, he was armed with a revolver when he was arrested for an attempt to kill a police officer after an armed robbery at Us-1 Quality Inn, near Southwest Street 144.

According to the Florida Ministry, a few weeks after his 26th birthday, a judge in Miami-Dad sentenced Bell to 12 years in prison for armed robbery and a fake prison in a case that began when he was 20 years old. He left prison when he was 32 years old.

The court records show that prosecutors have filed a lawsuit against BEL for trafficking in human beings, commercial sexual trafficking in a minor people and two accusations for retaining support from prostitution revenue. Rodriguez refused Bond on human trafficking fee and set $ 30,000 for the other three fees.

Meanwhile, Betancourt has been against allegations of human trafficking and retaining support from prostitution revenue. Its bond is $ 22,500.

Miami-Dad Djson County Judge Jason Block is ready to chair the case of Betancurt, and Judge Zahari N. James is ready to chair the Bell’s case.
